In the US, we take the judicial system for granted and assume that it works, when in reality there have been thousands of lives ruined by injustice within the system. This project sought to create an infographic poster and social media campaign that would inform the public of wrongful convictions. I attached the logo for the Equal Justice Initiative because this project is similar to other EJI endeavors.

Visual Research
In my visual planning I gravitated towards reds and blacks to communicate an urgency and to create a dark atmosphere. Works that had an unfinished, sketchy look also caught my attention.
Statistical Research
For my data I started researching using the Equal Justice Initiative and the Innocence Project. I then found the project titled the National Registry of Exonerations. This is where I pulled the majority of my information from.
